Firstly a big thanks to everyone who made a guess in the baby guessing game - it was so much fun! The winner of our contest is Trudy Prevost who made such accurate estimates it’s amazing! I had joked with Trudy for saying the baby would arrive at 4am. I wanted and visualised an easy going afternoon birth but as the final stages of labour progressed, I glanced at the clock at 3:30am and smiled to myself knowing that Trudy would be just right…our baby entered the world at exactly 4am.

I enjoyed a wonderful, gentle birthing experience at home in a birth pool using hypnobirthing techniques…I will definitely be sharing the whole birth story here soon so watch this space!
So Terri you are just amazing and so is your ever growing family!! Give them all a squeeze for me…..hope to see the new arrival in person soon. I love the idea of birthing in water. Had I continued with my family, I would have done a water birth but I stopped at two. All the best, Janet
