Greetings! My name is Terri and I live in the beautiful island of Dominica. I am Mama to a beautiful baby girl, Keeyah born in July 2008 and a gorgeous baby boy, Amarii, born in October 2009. We are a natural-birthing, breastfeeding, tandem-nursing, baby-wearing, cloth-diapering, vegan-eating, co-sleeping, yoga-practicing, nature-loving bunch! I write this blog to share my love of healthy, eco-parenting with others in Dominica and the world. It’s my joy to find ways to be more sustainable and to share and learn with others.

I also work as a Health and Wellness consultant and conduct Ecopsychology workshops, which allow small groups to enjoy a deeper connection to the natural world and each other. This work has many applications from team-building, environmental awareness and holistic land planning.
